"FREE" SHIPPING & EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
Elite Comfort® offers "FREE" shipping anywhere in the Continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are Excluded.
We do not ship International at this time.
Depending on location, size, weight and dimensions your package will ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS.
Most of our packages are shipped specifying 3 to 7 business-day delivery.
Some orders may take up to 10 days for delivery.
*** Large TV's qualify for the "Free" shipping in the Continental US---
Inside delivery and set-up is not offered with this service.
In a Hurry?
You can Upgrade your shipping method by advising us in the comments area when processing your order in checkout.
NOTE:
Your invoice at checkout will not reflect the additional shipping charges. You will be responsible for all shipping charges if Upgraded.
We understand there are times, that you may want expedited service. We will provide you with your delivery options and costs, so you can make the best possible decision for your needs. We will contact you to confirm your express delivery request, and your invoice will be adjusted based upon your decision.
We are not responsible for individual carriers terms and agreements.
Each are bound by there own policies regarding Time of Delivery and Guarantees. For more specific information contact each Company directly.
We will assist you in making your decision for the best Value and Service.
We are a Company that believes in recycling when we can without compromising our Elite service to you.
You will Never receive a Used or Re-furbished product from us.
You may however, receive a recycled outside shipping carton in
Like-New condition.
CHECKOUT:
When you are ready to purchase the items you have in your shopping cart, click on "Proceed to Checkout". You will then enter a connection point at which time our server becomes secure. A security certificate will pop-up to confirm this. You can and should verify this by looking at the bottom of your browser window. You should see an unbroken key or a closed lock
(depending upon your browser). You can also verify from the URL address on the browser line. It should show "https", indicating you are in a secure area and your private information is secure and being encrypted.
In order to complete and process your order, you will be asked to provide us with certain personal information.
(See Privacy/Security Tab for details) how we use the information you provide.
We will send out an automatic email reply letting you know your transaction was received and is in the "Process" status. This response will show up in your email from Customerservice@elite-comfort.com . The confirmation is sent to the email address you provide. You will receive additional emails confirming the status change as they apply and become available.
All orders are manually checked. We reserve the right to verify and cancel any order that appears unusual or we feel is not valid.
FULL REGISTRATION OR EXPRESS CHECKOUT?
You are given the option to choose. By using the full registration and setting up a login and password, you receive the benefits of storing your information for future use. You can monitor your own account. Check current and previous order status, print an invoice or make adjustments to your personal settings.
Express Checkout is just that. You enter the information required to process your order each time. No login or password is established and you cannot view your account.
Registration is not required. You may choose to Register at any time.
In either case you will receive the same "Elite service" via email with status and information pertaining to your order.

DIRECT PAYMENT OPTION:
We Offer three secure choices(See Payment Options tab on the home page).
Direct Payment Option is for those who feel uncomfortable with entering their personal and private credit card information on the Internet. This option allows you to continue thru Check-out without entering any information regarding payment.
We will receive a copy of your order and personal contact information as provided by you.
You will then receive an automatic email reply confirming your order information. However, your order will not be processed until our representative contacts you for your payment processing.
