RETURN POLICY
In the event you are unhappy for any reason within 30 days,
(exception to Jewelry...see note below), we will refund your purchase price. It is your responsibility to safely package and use a secure traceable method for your return, at your expense. All items must be in original unused condition. Proof of purchase, original packaging, all accessories and batteries must be returned. In the event your purchase arrives defective or damaged and you notify us within 30 days we will replace or refund as you request, in full (including return shipping). With NO cost to you. Proof of purchase, original packaging, all accessories and batteries must be returned.
NOTE: You must call or email for Return Authorization for all Returns within 30 days. Any return without a RA will be refused.
Please mark the outside shipping box and/or label with your RA.
Do not mark on the product boxes being returned.
We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse and return back to you any item that does not meet the Return policy criteria, at your expense.

24 hours of receipt, with any concerns.
After that, all Jewelry is considered a final sale.
As noted on the Jewelry page-this is NOT the usual cookie-cutter jewelry found in stores.
It is custom and hand made by an Award Winning Professional Designer.
The metals & stones are Genuine.
Jewelry valued $500 or greater will be shipped FedEx next day to YOU. All jewelry will be shipped with a signature required. NO EXCEPTIONS! The shipping address and telephone number must match the address on the credit card account for security reasons. This is for your protection, as well as ours.
